A licensed Commercial Contractor may engage in, or propose to engage in, the construction of commercial and residential buildings without limitations to size.

MS BUILDING CONSTRUCTION HOME STUDY
Anyone engaging in or proposing to engage in commercial construction or public works projects in excess of $50,000 in the State of Mississippi must obtain a Building Construction license.

MS RESIDENTIAL BUILDER HOME STUDY
With this license you may construct a residence which is not more than three (3) floors in height and does not exceed $50,000.00
